 I'm what many would call, an old white guy. I never thought much about it until recently but I am totally ashamed of my demographic, speaking on a generalizing basis. My demographic seems to be in control of the government and they definitely should NOT be.

And I'm proud of both heritages. Both of these facts were apparently family secrets I discovered recently through genealogy research. Most of my heritage is from Scotland and England.
 I had one rule my entire life of 7 decades. Never discuss [[politics]] or [[religion]]. Never. And I never did. Until now. Times require people to speak up, IMHO. Hence, this section of my blog.
